Quicki is a video messaging platform that removes all the friction in creating and sharing recorded videos, allowing you to communicate faster and more effectively with anyone, anywhere.

Whether you need to make an impressive first impression, strengthen an existing relationship, or close a business deal, a Quicki video message will help you get the job done.

Sharing Quicki Video Messages

There are two main ways to use Quicki. You can send Quicki videos as Vmails (video emails) directly to a recipient's email inbox, or you can record a Quicki video to your video library and then share a link to that video anywhere you'd like.

‍Quicki Vmail

If you have the email address of the person (or people) you'd like to send a video message to, you can use Quicki just like an email platform and send your message directly from the app.

By making it easy to send and receive videos with the same simplicity and security as email, Quicki provides an alternative to the everyday, boring email and a more flexible option than a video conference.

Vmail Inbox

Your personal Vmail page acts like a video inbox, allowing you to invite anyone to record and send you a video message - even when they don't have a Quicki account.

Use your Vmail Inbox as a way to receive video messages, pitches, and other content from people, without the need to give them your personal contact information or fill up a time slot on your calendar.

Share Quicki Videos

When you want to create and share video messages with many people, make your messages available to new people over time, or share them on social media, web pages, or elsewhere, create a new video in your library and share it as a link.

Video Library

Videos saved to your library archive can be shared as URL links or linked thumbnails in multiple places, embedded directly onto web pages, and/or reused over time.

If you have a more general message that you plan to use over time, or share with multiple people, it may be best to create that video in your library so that it's always available to you.

Privacy & Folders

From the recording window you can select the privacy settings for your videos and also choose folder you would like to store them in. These options are also editable after the video is created.

Public Recordings are viewable by anyone.

Team Recordings are only viewable by your team and people you invite to access

Private Recordings are only viewable by people you invite to access

Custom Share Links

If you have a premium account, you can customize your share link URLs so that they are more informative, easier to remember, and more on-brand.

There will never be a perfect substitute for face-to-face communication, but as professional communication continues to be mediated through digital channels, and as remote work continues to define our age, a video message will continue to be the best option available when a real-time meeting is not feasible or desirable. When you need to make an impressive first impression, strengthen an existing relationship, or close a deal, Quicki helps you get the job done.
