JotForm is a full-featured online form builder that makes it easy to create robust forms and collect essential data.

In order to integrate this tool, you will first need to create your form in Jotform. After creating your form, copy the link from the 'Publish Form' option and paste it into the link section of your video message.

In order for the Jotform to render correctly, it must maintain its original format from Jotform (e.g. https://form.jotform.com/211797559473090).

If you decide later that you don’t want to use the widget you added, simply click

the three dots to remove this widget from your message.
