Sometimes sending an email with your Calendly Scheduler attached can feel a bit impersonal - especially if you’re trying to engage sales prospects or job candidates.

At Quicki, we recognized this challenge, so that’s why we integrated with Calendly. We believe that combining the personal, persuasive power of video with the convenience of online scheduling will revolutionize the scheduling process.

To add your Calendly link to your video messages, copy your event link from your Calendly account and paste it into the link section of your message.

Then click 'Save Link'.

Once you’ve saved your message, your Calendly scheduler will appear below the video and be conveniently available for your recipient to use.

If you decide later that you don’t want to use the widget you added, click the three dots

to remove this widget from your message.
